Why we drink water
70 % of our earth is water and only a small amount is land. Despite that we can only access a small amount of it.
There are many reasons for drinking water.
Water is essential for our survival.Water helps your body such as your: kidneys,joints brain,skin,bells and muscles.
Your body can only last three days without water or else you will die but first u go through some symptoms.
Did you know that you can become dehydrated without knowing that you are.And these are some signs of that are : headaches and dry skin but it can get worse it could get to the point where you start having seizures and could possibly go into a coma but it can get worst to the point that you could dye.
Guess what over 50% of our body is water. Every day we lose 2-3 liters a day from: sweat,urine,poo, breathing and water evaporates from our lungs when we breath.
If we don't replace water in our body we can start to feel tired and unenergetic.
Then if u drink too much water you can become over hydrated and in history 12 athletes have died from being over hydration.
And a true fact is that you don't actually need 8 cups a day.
